Written in the name of the Council of Ten of Florence, reporting difficulties which have arisen with the Ambassadors of Lucca over restitutions and the price of cattle, citing the Treaty of 1508, and protesting that the Spanish have sent seventy men at arms belonging to the Duke of Trieste to Barberino, in the mistaken belief that their support is an obligation of the Florentines under the Capitulation of Prato.
